what times do you deliver/collect?

During peak season we deliver between 7am-11am and collect between 4pm-6pm. If you require set times please get in touch if it is to a venue we do ask for a one hour window either side of the party time. Collections after 6pm are charged at £50ph or an overnight charge can be added if hire is to a secure address (not a venue).

How do I book?

We have a fantastic online booking system. All you have to do is click the buttons on the product pages and then follow the instructions. Or you can use the details to contact us and we would be happy to help you through this process.

How much do you charge for delivery?

To find out how much it will cost for delivery to your area, just use the online booking system and find your postcode to see the price. If your postcode is not listed please get in touch and we will be happy to quote.

what happens if I have artificial grass ?

If it’s an inflatable you wish to book then we are happy to provide but we will need to secure it with ropes (this must be seen and agreed to before booking) or with steel safety pegs. This means having to hammer them through the artificial grass which will leave a small hole, depending on the grass this can be visible once they are pulled out. please do not book if you are not happy with us doing this as it will result in full payment being NON Refundable when a driver arrives.

What if my area isn't shown?

If your postcode doesn't appear on the online booking system, we may still be able to deliver. Please get in touch and we will see what we can do.

What happens if you can't deliver ?

Unfortunately, sometimes there are circumstances out of our control, such as adverse weather If this happens we will inform you at the earliest possible opportunity,.

What is your cancellation policy?

The BOOKING FEE is non refundable
For all bookings, we take a 30% non refundable booking fee rounded up to the nearest £10.

. £20 - booking value up to £80
. £30 - booking value up to £120
. £40 - booking value up to £160
. £50 - booking value up to £200
The booking fee will be automatically deducted from the full balance that is paid in order to complete your booking online.
Cancelations by us
Cancelations due to reasons beyond our control will be issued a full refund of any funds that have been paid or booking fee paid. for example vehicle breakdown, equipment breakdown, staff shortage or any reason that we as a company feel necessary.
We will not issue refunds for unsuitable surface access, incorrect space, incorrect surface type, unsafe electrical outlets or access to NO or insufficient power, as these are confirmed before booking and are down to you to check and confirm.
Bad weather
if WE have to cancel due to bad weather for outdoor hire (for example wind speeds over the legal limit of 24mph). No refund will be given however the booking is transferable to a date within six months of your original hire period.
Cancellations by you
Any cancelled orders are subject to the following cancellation charges;
. 28 days or more prior to the event you will loose your booking fee
. 21 days prior to the event date, 35% of the total booking must be paid
. 14 days prior to the event date, 50% of the total booking must be paid
. 7 days prior to the event date, 100% of the total booking must be paid
All bookings that were cancelled due to covid between 2020-2021, Deposits are still valid to the same booking value or more. Please get in touch

if YOU cancel for any reason and have paid in full. WE will refund any moneys due inline with the cancellation charges above, any refund due to you will be paid within 28 calendar days or a date we have agreed.
If YOU decide to cancel due to bad weather and we deem the weather safe enough to operate then the cancelation charges above will apply. Cancelation policy above applies

Is there anything I need to do?

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products all measurements can be viewed above each product. Please make sure the location were our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space, accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
